    The Treasury/Insurance Analyst is responsible for completing the daily cash and banking activities of the company, including consolidating banking information, preparing wire transfers, ACH items and preparing and analyzing reports as well as assisting with the company’s insurance needs

    Responsibilities

    - Treasury and banking:

    • Provides daily cash reporting for the company to upper management
      • Includes summary cash balances by bank
      • Daily write-up of significant activity impacting prior and current day activity
    • Responsible for maintaining sufficient cash balances at institutions accounts
      • Communicates cash need at respective bank account
      • Process interbank funding transfers for manager approval
    • Acts as system administrator for on-line banking access
      • Adds/deletes and changes system access as needed
      • Updates user entitlements as directed by management / in accordance with SOX controls
      • Periodically, deletes access for non-users
      • Assists with bank system user problems and access issues
    • Processes any wire transfer and manual ACH payments as needed
      • To fund 401K, benefit programs, tax, etc.
      • Ensures all wire payment request are properly documented, processed, documented and communicated for GL recording
      • Processes restricted funds transfers to operating accounts
    • Assist with internal and external audit requests
    • Assist with cash forecasting and modeling

     

    Insurance support:

    • Assist with communicating and providing certificate of insurance requests
    • Assist with reporting and coordinating insurance claims
    • Prepares for approval insurance premium and fee request for payments/invoices
      • Travelers is paid in monthly installments
    • Assist with setting up periodic workers compensation review meetings
    • Assist with annual insurance renewal questions and application preparation

     

    Completes other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    - Bachelors degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting.
    - At least three years banking and treasury experience.
    - Must possess the ability to work independently.
    - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
